From birth, we are all conditioned to believe certain things about ourselves. Whether it's by our parents, our friends, ourselves, or society at large, expectations and beliefs are put upon us and often begin to feel like they are absolute and unchangeable facts. Human Design teaches us about the process of deconditioning, where we consciously let go of the conditioning that was put upon us and take conscious action to align with who we truly are. On this week's episode Nicole is teaching us more about deconditioning and sharing with us three strategies that she uses (and you can, too) to consciously decondition in her day to day life.
